✨ All clients will be asked to keep a card on file for policy purposes. Your appointment is very important to Salon Mysa, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustment are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. A cancellation fee will apply in order to reserve future appointments. ✨Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. ✨"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. As a result of a no show no future appointments will be reserved. ✨SERVICE CORRECTION POLICY Salon Mysa does not offer service refunds. I ask for any adjustments/corrections on a haircut or color service, that the hair must be seen by me and a discussion is had in person. ↳ If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, I will honor all adjustments within a 1-week notice of the initial service at no charge. ✨A change of mind is not considered a correction and will be charged accordingly.
